Terms of Service
Last updated: July 15, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexMeet.world ("NexMeet", "we", "us"), including our website, app and related services. By creating an account or using NexMeet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Who can use NexMeet
NexMeet is intended for professionals aged 18 and over. You confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate and that you have the right to represent the company or role listed on your profile.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@nexmeet.world if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, spam, scams, or unsolicited sales pitches.
- No impersonation of another person, company or role.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated access without written permission.
- No sharing of another member's private information outside NexMeet.
- Respect check-in context — a member sharing an airport or hotel is not inviting anything beyond a professional conversation.
4. Content you post
You retain ownership of the profile details, messages, events and other content you post. By posting, you grant NexMeet a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
5. Matches, chats and meetings
NexMeet helps people discover and connect with each other, but any meeting, transaction or business relationship that follows is entirely between the members involved. NexMeet is not a party to those interactions and does not verify credentials, employment, or intent beyond basic profile checks. Use your judgement and meet in appropriate professional settings.
6. Events
Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event details, for delivering the event as described, and for complying with local laws (permits, tax, safety). NexMeet is not the organizer of member-created events and is not liable for their conduct or outcome.
7. Fees
Core NexMeet features are currently free during beta. If we introduce paid plans or event ticketing fees, the pricing and terms will be shown clearly before you pay.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put other members at risk. You can delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@nexmeet.world.
9. Disclaimers
NexMeet is provided "as is" during beta. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific connection or business outcome will result from using it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexMeet and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of NexMeet after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
13. Contact
